A friend of mine sent this challenge to me via email. After I filled it out I thought it might be nice to add it to my blog. It was really fun to do, but it did take some thought.
25 Random Things You Might Not Know About Me!!!
- My Mom was a yankee and my Dad was a die hard southerner. Civil War discussions were always interesting!
- Genealogy is my passion.
- I am sensitive to a fault.
- I carry a tough exterior, because I’m very easily hurt!
- I’ve never felt as though I’ve fit in anywhere.
- I love doing photography, quilting, scrapbooking, stamping, cross stitch, writing and so much more.
- I’ve been published on 6 occasions.
- I am currently writing a family cookbook.
- I have a terrible temper.
- My mouth usually overloads my a**.
- I have a rank sense of humor and love to make people laugh.
- I absolutely hate a liar.
- Having children is the most important thing I will ever do in my lifetime.
- I will never get over my fathers death.
- The two most beautiful sounds are a baby’s laugh and the sound of waves crashing along the shore.
- I’m terrified of heights.
- I’ve never flown. Flying doesn’t bother me it’s the crashing part that is just too much!!
- I believe that when it’s your time, it’s your time. BUT, what if it’s the Pilots time and I’ve a victim of circumstance?? ……..see above.
- My greatest fear is the loss of a loved one, especially a child!

- I believe age is a state of mind and lately I’m really feeling old.
- No one has earned my respect quite like my 10 year old, special needs, little girl.
- I have no patience for people who whine about being sick. Especially after watching my child over come massive health issues and daily pain. Always with a smile!
- Lastly, I wish I could go back in time knowing then what I know now. Then again…..Don’t we all!!
